Run, Run Over the Hill

I have a profound love for running.

I have been waking up at 5:30 every morning, drinking my coffee, and getting my booty out there.

And it feels so good.

This morning was no exception.

7.75 miles @ 7:36 mile pace = 663 calories burned.
