Tomato Basil Buttermilk Bisque

It has been a l.o.n.g. time since I’ve posted a recipe, but I think I’ve found a winner folks!

This is the absolute perfect warm-your-belly-up-on-a-rainy-day soup.

I just polished off my second bowl. Yummm.

Have I told you how much I love easy recipes?

I. love. easy. recipes!

And this one is SO flavorful and delicious!

If you are curious, the soup base I used was Health Valley Organic Tomato Soup. No salt added. Ready to eat.

Mmmm… Can you smell the deliciousness?

You can never have enough basil.

A little of this, a little of that…

And now for a gratuitous cheese montage.

Oh. My. Lordy. SO good.

Go grab a bowl, curl up on the couch with a blanket and a good book.

Or come on over to my place – I have plenty to share!

Happy Thursday!
