I think I was most excited about the Black Bean Spaghetti!

Look at that fiber!! Emma knows the way to a Dietitian’s heart.  Definitely not low in FODMAPs, but I will save this for my galactan challenge!

  1. Please let us know how the caramel peanuts are!! I can’t seem to find them in any stores near me, but they sound amazing!

    And because I am catching up on blog post – I know from my nutrition counseling experience, one of my clients PRed by 10 minutes after following the FODMAPS diet. She felt so much better 🙂 Keep us updated!


    • The caramel peanuts are great! I love sweet and salty. 🙂 I’m Day #4 Low FODMAPs and already feeling better! No tummy aches, thinking clearer, even this morning’s run was a teeny bit faster!


  2. That black bean spaghetti looks good! I’d love to try that as I’m doing low-carb for weight loss. That FODMAPS diet sounds interesting. I’ll have to look into it!
