  2. Great Bucket List, lots of similarities to my own! I too am aspiring to be an RD, but having only just ini shed my first year of college I have a little ways to go.

    Congrats on your internship! I’ve done a lot of research on the Road to becoming an RD and it was pretty prevalent that that particular hurdle was one of the highest! I would love to hear more about how you found the DI with On Nutrition was right for you!

    • Thanks Monica! That’s awesome that you are already researching DIs. It’s certainly one of the greatest challenges us future RDs face! I actually will be starting my DI this September at Cal Poly, San Luis Obsipo. My experience at On Nutrition satisfied one of my undergrad requirements. I was placed by my teacher with a private practice dietitian here in Rochester, who I shadowed once a week. If your program doesn’t have a similar requirement, I absolutely recommend you contact an RD in your community to see if they would be willing to let you shadow them and see what they do. I learned SO much! Thanks again and best of luck to you!
